推进中国政治文化现代化需要实现七个根本的范式转变:根除人治意识,弘扬法治意识;破除权力本位意识,树立权利本位意识;根除臣民意识,培育公民意识;摈弃官本位意识,树立民本位意识;根除全能政府意识,弘扬有限政府意识;破除国家本位意识,树立社会本位意识;破除扬善为主意识,树立制恶扬善并重意识。

Promoting the modernization of Chinese political culture needs to implement the seven fundamental paradigm shifts： eradicating of the rule of man awareness and promoting the rule of law awareness,getting rid of the consciousness of power standard and establishing a rights-based awareness,eradicating the subjects awareness and fostering civic awareness,abandoning the official standard consciousness and establishing a China-based awareness,radicating the sense of omnipotent government and promoting awareness of limited government,getting rid of the consciousness of the national standard and establishing the awareness of the social standard,and so on.
