中国网络法研究现状与反思——基于CSSCI法学类期刊论文(1999-2011年)的分析

Actualities and Reflections on the Research of Internet law in China:Based on CSSCI Papers of Jurisprudential Periodicals(1999-2011)

以1999年至2011年CSSCI法学类期刊论文中258篇网络法论文为研究对象,对其所涉的年代分布、领域分布、期刊分布等进行分析,概括近十多年来中国网络法的研究焦点,勾勒网络法研究的发展脉络,并就当前存在的一些共同性问题进行反思,从而尝试把握中国网络法研究可能的走向。

Based on the 258 papers concerning internet law published on the jurisprudential periodicals（1999-2011）,the paper analyses the statistic distributions about the time,area,and periodical as well as the background of the authors to conclude their research focus and the development sketch of recent 10 years researches of Chinese internet law.Some academic reflection on the common issue and the future possible direction about the research in this area also has been explored in this paper.
