摘要 以2,3,3-三甲基-4H-吲哚为起始原料,通过羟乙基化、闭环和缩合反应,三步合成了一种具有双螺吡喃结构的化合物,并且对反应机理进行了研究。通过条件实验对合成工艺进行了优化,合成的总收率达到48.3%。 A bis-benzospiropyran (BBSP) was prepared from 2,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indole via hydroxyethylation, cyclization and condensation. The reaction mechanism of synthesizing bis-bezospiropyran was discussed. Through optimization of the reaction conditions, the total yield reached 48.3%.
