摘要
根据国内化工行业工程调试过程中水泵再循环管道经常振动剧烈,噪音大的特点,分析振动和噪音产生的原因,通过对系统管线多级节流孔板的合理计算,合理选择压降,系统介绍了多级节流孔计算方法,现场解决的系统故障,保证了系统的安全稳定运行。
The recycling pipe of condensate pumps in the chemical industry always vibrates strongly and arises strong noise in engineering commissioning. In this paper, reasons of the vibration and noise were analyzed. Through reasonable calculation of the throtting orifice, reasonable selection of throttling orifice of the recycling pipe can be realized. Calculation methods of multistage throttle were introduced. The system failure was solved to ensure the safety operation of the system.
