摘要
基于FPGA芯片EP2C35F672C6设计了一种单相输入的数字式控制变频电源系统。该系统采用了正弦波脉冲宽度调制(SPWM)变频控制技术,实现正弦波的变频调压输出。本文还设计了一台容量为10kVA、电压为0-250V,频率为20-300Hz的可调样机,进行了完整的系统软硬件设计,采用双环的PID控制进行了仿真实验。仿真结果表明,系统具有较好的动、静态性能。
A variable-frequency variable-voltage power supply system is presented based on FPGA. which adopts the FPGA chip EP2C35F672C6.A SPWM (Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) inverter control technology is used in the system, and a variable-frequency variable-voltage sine wave output is achieved. A prototype has been designed. The prototype has a capacity of 10 kVA, and its voltage and frequency are adjustable within the range of 0-250 V and 20-300 Hz.The hardware and software are designed completely. Simulation experiments are done based on the dual closed-loop PID control strategy. The results verify that the system has good dynamic and static performance.
