摘要 介绍了PIM晶闸管功率组件的原理结构,它把功率元件散热系统的各结构部件有机地组合成一体化,其电气系统集合了晶闸管和续流二极管、控制接口、过压吸收保护电路、电流取样(分流器)、温度监视报警等。实践表明,该产品在性能、性价比、易用性、互换性、先进性、可靠性等各方面都优于传统技术工艺的产品。 The principle of the new products PIM thyristor power components structure is introduced; PIM products organically combined the structural components of the cooling system of the power components for the integration; Collection of its electrical system: thyristor and freewheeling diode circuit control function ,interface protection function, overvoltage absorption protection ,current sampling (shunt), temperature monitoring function,alarm function and so on. Practice shows that in the production of the rectifier, excitation equipment manufacturing: New product of the performance, cost-effective, easy-touse, interchangeability, advanced reliability is all aspects of a comprehensive superior to traditional craftsmanship.
