目前,国内各高校大学生进行职业生涯规划时,表现出许多共性的问题,这些问题既有学校教育和管理层面的,也有学生自我发展层面的。职业生涯规划是一件专业性的任务,在就业压力越来越大的社会现实下,迫切需要高校提供相应的专业指导和实践平台。本文从大学生职业生涯规划中存在的普遍性问题入手,从学校教育与学生管理的角度探索解决这些问题的有效对策。

At present, when the domestic college students lay out their own career planning, there exist many common problems. These problems are not only from school education level and management level, but also from students＇ personal development level. Career planning, as a professional task, needs to provide professional guidance and practical platform, in order to slow down the psychological pressure of employment. Based on the problems of college students＇ career planning, this article mainly explores effective measures to solve these problems from the angle of the school vocational education and student management.
