Experimental study on variable cross section roll forming

摘要 该文以单轴变截面辊弯成形机为平台,进行变截面辊弯成形试验研究,完成了U型断面3种类型的变截面辊弯成形样件;对样件出现缺陷的原因进行分析,其结论为进一步研究、改进与设计变截面辊弯成形试验提供了参考。 Experimental study was carried out with variable cross section roll forming machine in this paper, and 3 types of samples of U channel with variable cross sections were successfully produced. Then the defect of the formed parts was analyzed. The experiment laid foundation for further research and designs of variable cross section roll forming.
