摘要
阐明了我省股份制办水保的不同形式以及管理方式 ,肯定了股份制办水保为我省水土保持工作注入的新的活力 。
This paper stated the various form and management pattern of water and soil conservation share system in our province.This system made the water and soil conservation work of our province vigourious and promoted the water and soil loss treatment,the material civilization and spirit civilization construction of rural region.
