Objective To observe the efficacy of clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina, and to observe the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF -α), interleukin -6 (IL-6) patients with unstable angina. Methods In January 2010 to January 2012 treated in our hospital 100 cases of UAP as the object of study, the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases ifi each. The control group was given conventional symptomatic therapy; treat- ment group in the control group treated with clopidogrel treatment, compared the clinical effects in two groups after treatment, as well as the two groups before and after treatment of angina frequency and mean duration of seizures, two groups of patients before and after treatment with TNF -α, IL - 6 Change. Results The iotal effective rate of treatment group is 96. 0% higher than that of control group 84. 0%, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈0. 05). Two groups of patients had no obvious adverse reaction. After 2 weeks of treatment, the treatment group patients with angina frequency, average duration were significantly less than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05) ; TNF-α, IL - 6 group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina is reliable, andcan improve patients' clinical symptoms, inhibiting the inflammatory response, and worthy of extensive promotion and application.
