2型糖尿病患者嗜中性粒细胞相关系数变化研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者嗜中性粒细胞相关参数变化规律。方法用Beckman Coulter LH750全自动血液分析仪测定2型糖尿病患者和健康对照组嗜中性粒细胞相关参数,包括白细胞计数(WBC)、嗜中性粒细胞绝对值(NAV)、嗜中性粒细胞平均体积(MNV)、嗜中性粒细胞平均传导率(MNC)、嗜中性粒细胞平均散射值(MNS)。结果 2型糖尿病患者WBC、NAV、MNV、MNC、MNS与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 2型糖尿病患者不仅有NAV增高,而且嗜中性粒细胞体积的大小及内部结构、核的大小,核质比例及细胞内质粒的大小和密度等均有明显改变,通过对WBC、NAV、MNV、MNC、MNS等指标的测定,可以对2型糖尿病微血管病变,糖尿病肾病的发生、发展进行动态观察。 Objective to investigate the regulations of changes of Type 2 diabetes meUitus patients with neutrophil re- lated parameters. Methods Beckman Coulter LIG50full automatic blood analyzer for the determination of type 2diabetic patients and healthy controls neutrophils related parameters, including the number of leukocytes ( WBC), neutrophilic granulocyte abso- lute value (NAV), ncutrophil mean volume ( MNV), neutrophilic granulocyte average transmission rate (MNC), neutrophil average scattering value (MNS). Results Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with WBC, NAV, MNV, MNC, MNS and normal control group were significantly different ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions Type 2 diabetes is not only neutrophils absolute value in- creased, and neutrophil volume size and internal structure, nuclear size, and the proportion of cells within the nucleoplasm plas- mid size and density showed significant changes, through the WBC, NAV, MNV, MNC, MNS were, on type 2 diabetic mi- eroangiopathy, diabetic nephropathy, the development of a dynamic observation.
