滨州市农村老年人肺部感染的调查研究

Investigation on Pulmonary Infection of Old People in Rural Area

目的调查滨州市农村老年人肺部感染状况,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法抽取滨州市农村60岁及以上老年人428人,采用自行设计统一的流行病学调查问卷,调查1年内患肺部感染情况及就诊情况。结果共获得有效问卷423份,有效率为98.8%。老年人1年内肺部感染发病率为21.3%,其中男性发病率(21.8%)略高于女性发病率(20.8%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);合并1种以上慢性基础疾病者66.2%,肺部感染得到有效治疗者85.3%,由于经济因素未进行有效治疗者91.2%,首诊选择二级医院者44.7%。结论老年人肺部感染发病率高,多数患者合并慢性基础疾病,影响老年人诊治的主要因素是经济因素。因此,应重视老年人肺部感染的社区防治,加强老年医疗保险体制。

Objective To survey the city of Binzhou rural senile pulmonary infection status, provide scientific basis for making preventive measures. Methods Cluster random sampling method for extraction of Binzhou rural people aged 60 years and over 428 people, designed by uniform epidemiological questionnaire, investigation 1 years suffering from pulmonary infection and diagnosis. Results Obtained 423 valid questionnaires, efficiency of 98. 8%. Aged 1 years lung infection rate was 21.3%, in which the male incidence （21.8%） was slightly higher than the incidence of women （20. 8% ）, but the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉0. 05） ; with more than 1 kinds of chronic diseases in 66. 2%, pulmonary infection was effective in the treatment of 85.3%, due to the economic factors are effective in the treatment of in 91.2%, the first two grade hospital in 44. 7%. Conclusion pulmonary infection in the elderly with high incidence, the majority of patients with chronic diseases, af- fecting the elderly diagnosis and treatment is the main factor of economic factors. Therefore, attention should be paid to the pre- vention and treatment of pulmonary infection in the elderly community, strengthen medicare system.
