Comment of the Japan Party System and China-Japan Relations

2009年9月,日本民主党竞选胜出并开始了执政之路。民主党的执政,打破了自民党长期一党执政的局面。这一重大变化,使日本政党体制的复杂性逐步显现,日本具体是朝两党制、多党制发展,还是向一党独大制发展,有待于进一步观察。本文认为,民主党执政对日本内政外交产生重大影响,中日关系走向的不确定性大大增加。如何合理研判日本的政治走向,理性应对中日之间的分歧,成为今后处理中日关系的重点。

Since the Democratic Party of Japan inaugurated in power in 9,2009, It signified the termination of sin- gle -party ruling state of Liberal Democratic Party. This important changes gressivdy revealed the complexity of Japan＇ s party system. It remains to be of the party system of Japan has pro- seen whether Japan is going to be two -party system, multi -party system or a monopolizing single -party system. This paper holds that the ruling of Democratic Party has a great influence on Japan＇ s domestic and foreign affairs, the uncertainty of China - Japan relations has immensely increased. To have a reasonable judge of Japan＇ s Political trend, and to response rational- ly to the divergence between China and Japan should be the key point to deal with China -Japan relations.
