摘要
本试验通过不同浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)对九月菊插条进行处理,测定了它们的生根效果,结果表明:在萘乙酸的三个浓度中,不同浓度的萘乙酸(NAA)对插条生根的影响作用不同,整体表现为中浓度促进生根,高浓度抑制生根,且浓度为15mg/kg的促生根效果最好。就根数、根长、鲜重、干重而言,与对照相比,分别增加15.73%、12.44%、36.8%、14.8%,为九月菊快速繁殖提供理论依据。
September chrysanthemum cuttings were treated by different concentrations of naphthalene acid (NAA) and the effect of promotion root were tested in this study. The result showed that the effect of promotion root was different in three naphthalene acid concentrations. Overall, the high concentration in- hibited the growth of root. The medium concentration promoted root growth, and the best concentration for taking root was 15 mg/kg. Compared with the control, the root number, root length, fresh weight and dry weight increased 15.73%, 12.44%, 36.80%, and 14.81%, respectively. The study will provide the theoretical basis for quickly reproducing of september chrysanthemum.
