盾构法隧洞的平面非线性有限元分析

Two dimension nonlinear FEM analysis for shield tunneling

针对盾构施工法的特点 ,提出一种简化的平面有限元模拟方法 ,编制了相应的计算程序。该方法能够模拟盾构施工过程中的开挖 ,外层衬砌装配、支护 ,内、外层衬砌共同承担水压力等整个过程。通过对某过河隧道工程实例的计算分析 ,得出衬砌受力变形的基本特征 。

Considering th characteristics of shield construction,a simplified two dimension FEM modeling is proposed and an appropriate calculation program is worked out in this paper.This mathematic model can simulate the whole construction process including the excavation by shield driven,the assembly of outside layer lining and its support,and in condition of the water pressure together born by the inner and outer linings etc.Through calculation analysis of an engineering illustration,the basic characteristics of deformation of linings generated from exerted forces are obtained.This program may be used for lining design of shield construction tunnels.
