为实现科研成果管理自动化 ,在进行了系统软件需求分析和可行性研究之后 ,对历史数据作了整合处理 ,构造了主数据库 ,使用 Delphi完成了功能设计与程序开发。其研究成果 。

Information management of scientific research results is the fundamental work in building YRSRI's MIS system.After having analysed the software's demand and the feasibility,the auothors of the system integrated the historical data,constructed the main database,and fulfilled the design of function and program by using Dephi.The data assembly process and the basic frame of MIS of YRSRI on scientific research results was established.
