摘要
为了解决三峡工程中由于监测信息量大以及监测资料格式复杂 ,直接影响监测信息及时入库这一问题 ,对监测数据快速入库方法进行了研究。从三个方面论述了监测数据快速入库方法 :一是数据库系统的结构设计要合理 ;二是实施单位报送的监测资料要规范化 ;三是创建一个快速把监测数据及换算成果输入到数据库的应用工具。此方法已在三峡工程中得到运用 。
For resolving the problem on entering database of observation information in time,which was caused by a huge amount of observed data from a lot of various instrumentations and various forms of file storage of monitoring information provided by different implemenation divisions,the author has studied the method of quickly entering database of monitoring data for TGP in its construction period.The method was expounded from three aspects:(1)the structure design of database system must be reasonable;(2)observation information provided by implemenation divisions should be standardized;(3)an application tool must be set up which can quickly transfer observed data and converted results to the database.This proposed method has been put to a good use in the safety monitoring for TGP.Practice indicates that this system has played an important role in the quickly entering database,analyses and information feedback in time for tens thousands of monitoring data every month and ensured the safety construction.
