小浪底水利枢纽是治理开发黄河的关键性控制工程 ,已于 1997年 10月截流 ,2 0 0 0年 1月 9日首台机组并网发电 ,工程建设管理按照国际招标工程的管理模式进行。几年来 ,通过业主、监理、设计、承包商四方共同努力 ,为中国的国际工程建设管理积累了很多好的经验 ,为国内其他工程的建设提供了宝贵的借鉴。
