摘要
在信息社会和大科学时代,大学教学受到学生群体的变化和结构的多样性、信息技术的广泛应用、科研与教学的断裂等多方面的冲击。多学科视角下的学习科学对大学教师的教学专业能力亦形成挑战,教学发展的校本支持服务体系有待建设和完善。大学应从设置专业的教学发展支持机构和建设教学发展共同体两方面确保教学发展的组织归属,从奖励优秀教学、制订常态化的教学发展规划、职称评定中充分考虑大学教师的教学绩效等三方面,创设清晰的教学发展的制度导向;并应基于学习科学的理念,超越信息技术整合教学能力的培训范式,引领教师走出信息技术使用的唯PowerPoint误区,创设教师教学发展的虚拟学习网络。
In the era of information and mega-science,the university teachings are influenced by the students with different backgrounds and structural diversity,by the widely-used information technology and by the split between research and teaching.With learning science in multidisciplinary perspectives challenging the teaching professional competence of the university teachers,it is necessary to build and optimize school-based teaching support and service system.To guarantee the quality of teaching,university should set professional teaching development support agencies and construct teaching development community.A clear teaching development system should be created from rewarding outstanding teaching,formulating the normalized teaching development plan and taking full account of the teaching performance of university teachers in the evaluation of professional titles.Based on the idea of learning science,university also should transcend the training paradigm of integrating information technology into teaching competence,help the teachers to get rid of the misunderstanding that the PowerPoint is unique when it comes to the information technology,and create virtual learning network of teaching development.
