通过对信息管理与信息系统专业ERP实践教学的现状分析,结合江苏技术师范学院信息管理与信息系统校级特色专业建设情况及社会人才需求的分析,从实践教学模式、师资队伍、考试考核等几个方面,探讨江苏技术师范学院如何进行ERP应用型人才的培养与实训。

After analyzing the status of practice teaching of ERP in the specialty of information management and information system,combined the construction of characteristic specialty of information management and information system in Jiangsu teachers University of Technology with the social talent requirement,this paper discusses how to cultivate and train the applied talents in ERP from the aspects of the practice teaching pattern,the faculty structure and test and assessment,etc..
