斯旺理论是国际金融教学中的一个重要内容。针对现有教科书斯旺理论不一定成立的阐述,并可能导致授课过程中出现一定的困难,提出了斯旺理论成立的前提条件,以期能够对于斯旺理论的讲解有所裨益。

Swam Theory is an important content in international finance teaching.However,according to most existing textbooks,Swam Theory is not always available,which has made some trouble in teaching.This paper tries to research the difficulty and put forward the precondition of Swam Theory.The writer hopes that this paper is useful to better explain Swam Theory.
