微波配合聚甲酚磺醛栓治愈复发性肛周尖锐湿疣8例

8 cases of recurrent perianal condyloma acuminatum were cured by microwaves combined with Policresulen Suppositories

目的观察微波配合聚甲酚磺醛栓治疗复发性肛周尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法 8例复发性肛周尖锐湿疣患者用微波凝固变性并彻底刮除后,用聚甲酚磺醛栓塞入肛门,隔日1次,共12枚24 d。结果 8例患者均痊愈,治愈率100%,连续观察3个月未见复发。结论微波配合聚甲酚磺醛栓治疗复发性肛周尖锐湿疣疗效可靠,费用低廉,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the combination of Microwaves and Policresulen suppositories in the treatment of the recurrent perianal condyloma acuminatum.Methods Recurrent perianal condyloma acuminatum of 8 cases was consolidated,denatured and scraped completely,then put the policresulen suppositories into anus,once every other day,amount to 12 suppositories（24 days）.Results 8 cases was cured completely,the effective rate is 100%,none of which was relapsed during 3 month observation.Conclusion The clinical effect of Microwaves combined with Policresulen suppositories in the treatment of recurrent perianal condyloma acuminatum was reliable,without reccurence.
