摘要
目的调查患者对护理工作的满意度。方法通过患者和家属填写的调查问卷,统计其对护理工作和护理人员的满意度及存在的问题。结果总体满意度为95%,满意度最高的是服务态度,为100%;其次是护理技术,为97.5%;最差的是护患沟通和便民措施,为85%。结论不断提高护理人员素质,改善医疗条件,加强护理管理,才能真正提高护理满意度,全面和谐护患关系。
Objective To study the clinical work in nursing staff satisfaction.Methods By the questionnaire filled by the patients and families,the satisfaction and existing problems on the nursing and members were studied.Results Overall satisfaction was 95%.The highest satisfaction service was attitude 100%.The Second was the nursing techniques 97.5%.The worst was a convenient communication and the measures 85%.Conclusion Improving nursing personnel quality,the medical condition and strengthening nursing management,care satisfaction will be improved.
