脑卒中合并肺部感染的临床护理

Clinical nursing for stroke with pulmonary infection

目的总结脑卒中合并肺部感染患者的临床护理方法,提高治愈率,降低病死率。方法对32例脑卒中合并肺感染患者实施系统的治疗和精心的护理。结果 32例患者经系统治疗和护理后,显效18例,有效12例,无效2例,治疗有效率为93.75%。住院16 d～28 d,平均24 d,无1例发生护理并发症。结论早期确诊、正规治疗、精心护理和健康指导,可有效提高脑卒中合并肺部感染患者的治愈率,降低病死率。

Objective To Sum stroke patients with pulmonary infection of clinical nursing methods,improve cure rate and reduce the dead ratio.Methods 32 cases of stroke with pulmonary infection were clinical data and nursing methods were summarized in this paper.Results Treatment rate of 93.75%.16-hospital 28 d,average 24 d.No one case of nursing complication.Conclusion For stroke with pulmonary infection cases diagnosis early,regular treatment,concentrate on health care and guidance can significantly enhance the curative rate,reduce mortality.
