A Research on the Reform of Promoting Investment and Financial Mechanism of Culture Industry

要努力实现将文化产业发展为国家战略支柱产业的目标,进一步解放思想,实事求是,与时俱进,开拓创新,以突破种种束缚我国文化生产力发展的思想观念和投融资方面的体制性障碍为突破口,通过综合配套改革,推动文化投融资机制改革,争取逐步建立以国有资本为主导的投资主体多元化、投资方式多样化、投资机制市场化、投资准入区别化为特点的文化投融资体制。

At present,the government is actively deploying the strategy of culture rejuvenating,to promote cultural industries become the pillar industry of national economy.However,financing is difficult and have become a bottleneck restricting the development of cultural enterprises.On the basis of discriminating related concepts,the paper analysis the status quo of China＇s cultural industry investment and financing mechanism and the particularity of the cultural industries,and put forward relevant proposals on the reform of China＇s cultural industry investment and financing mechanism.
