在人类社会中,道德与法律之间在"形而下的制度之维与形而上的价值之维"中的此消彼长、共生与分离,只不过是人类为了生存创造良好社会秩序,追求幸福生活的努力,而这一努力必然在政治结构、文化逻辑上得以体现。因此,德法之辩的结构与意义也只能返身于历史的情境之中方可得到忠实地理解。

In human society,we analysis of the relationship between morality and law,on two levels of the System of physical and metaphysical value,appears contradictory situation,only in order to create a good social order,pursuit of happiness life,this efforts must be inevitably reflect on the structure of a country＇s political structure and cultural logical structure.Therefore,in the specific historical environment,only can we faithfully understand of the structure and meaning of the relationship between morality and law.
