摘要 以高山杜鹃"粉冠博士"的花苞为外植体,对其进行初代培养、继代增殖培养、生根培养和组培苗炼苗移栽的研究,建立高山杜鹃组织培养快速繁殖技术体系。结果表明:花苞外植体最佳诱导培养基为Anderson+IAA 1.0 mg/L+KT 12 mg/L;组培苗继代增殖培养基为Anderson+IAA 1.0 mg/L+KT 3.0 mg/L;组培苗生根培养基为1/2 Anderson+IAA 4.0 mg/L+活性炭3.0 mg/L;组培苗炼苗移栽到进口草炭与珍珠岩体积比为3∶1的基质中,成活率达86%。 Taking the buds of Rhododendron as explants, this paper explored to establish the technique system of tissue culture of Rhododendron, the" Dr. Tjebbe", in vitro multiplication, including the initial culture, subculture breeding, stronger nurslings breeding, rooting breeding, and transplantation breeding. The results indicated that the best initiation medium was Anderson + IAA 1.0 mg/L + KT 12 mg/L; the multiplication of shoot clump was Anderson + IAA 1.0 mg/L + KT 3.0 mg./L; rooting culture was 1/2 Anderson + IAA 4.0 mg/L + AC 3.0 rag/L; the survival rate was above 86% when the plantlets were transplanted to the substratum consisting of the peat and the pearl rock 3: 1.
