Application and Research Progress of Phytase in Production of Broiler Chickens

植酸酶作为饲用酶制剂在养鸡生产中得到广泛应用。通过对国内外植酸酶研究状况的分析,从植酸酶对肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性状、日粮营养物质利用率、氮磷排泄、血液生化指标的影响方面进行了综述,以期科学合理地利用植酸酶,最大化地提高添加植酸酶的经济效益和社会效益。

Phytase has been widely applied in chicken production as a feed enzyme preparation. Based on the analysis of domestic and international research on phytase, the effects of phytase on the production, slaughter traits,dietary nutrient utilization rate, nitrogen and phosphorus excretion and blood biochemical indexes are summarized in order to use phytase scientifically and reasonably, and to maximize the economic benefit and social benefit.
