摘要
为确定肥胖青年女性穿不同鞋跟高度鞋自然行走时足底压力参数变化,运用实验法、文献资料等研究方法,通过Footscan足底压力解析系统对20名平均年龄在(20.1±1.02)岁的肥胖青年女性穿平底鞋和穿不同鞋跟高度鞋行走时的步态进行动力学测量与分析。结果表明:随着鞋跟高度的增加,肥胖青年女性在自然行走的过程中,足底第2跖骨和第3跖骨的峰值压力逐渐增大,足跟内侧和足跟外侧的峰值压力逐渐减小,压力中心轨迹在X轴方向上逐渐增加,在Y轴方向上逐渐减小。
The study, utilizing such research methods as experiment and document data, investigated the gaits of 20 overweight young females aged (20.1 ± 1.02) during their natural walking in shoes of different heels. A kinematic and kinetic measurement and analysis on those gaits was yielded hy using the foot scan plantar pressure distribution analytical system. It aimed at discovering the plantar pressure parameter variation when the overweight young females walking in shoes with different heels. The results demonstrated that, during these young females" natural walking, with the increase of the heel, the peak value pressure of the second and third metatarsal of plantar grew, and the peak value pressure of the outer and the internal heel diminished gradually, and the track of the center force increased in X axis and decreased in Y axis.
