高校教学管理的“人本化”发展路径探析

高校教学管理是管理学在高等教育领域的具体运用和实践,对于人才培养具有重要的影响。我国目前高校教学管理仍然存在一些问题,其中最主要的是沿袭传统管理模式,程序化、经验化地进行管理。文章主要研究教学管理中"人本"缺失情况,针对教学管理的"非人本化"提出相关的教改建议,以期引起教学管理部门的重视。

University teaching management is the specific application and practice of management in the field of higher education.University teaching management has important influence on talent cultivation.There are some problems in our current teaching management in China and among which the biggest problem is to follow the traditional management mode to manage procedurally and experimentalismly.This paper mainly studies the missing of ＂people-oriented＂ in teaching management,and provide educational reform proposals on ＂non-people oriented＂ in the teaching management in order to draw attention from the teaching management department,constructing harmonious teaching environment,promoting the all-round development of human resources.
