Reflection on Human Survival Style in Context of Modernity

现代性问题是人的生存境遇和命运问题。现代人生存在"现实社会"和"虚拟社会"的二重性世界里,其生存弊端很多表现为重功利,轻责任。人的生命是有限性的,人在虚实交融的环境里生存,在有限的生命中必须以责任为重。责任教育是道德教育之核心。现代性背景下,责任性是人类摆脱生存危机与困境、得以和谐生存的重要条件,不容忽视。

Modernity is expressed in the question of man＇ s survival situation and its destiny. Modem people live in the dual world of ＂real society＂ and ＂virtual community＂, in which utility outweighs responsibility. Human life is limited but people in the blend en- vironment of truth or falsity have to take the responsibility of the first consideration for limited life. The responsibility education is the core of moral education. In the context of modernity, the responsibility is an indispensable condition where human beings are a- ble to survive harmoniously by getting away from the existence crisis.
