摘要
传统的日本社会是"有缘社会",日本人之间人际关系主要建立在"血缘""地缘"和"社缘"上。然而如今这三大"缘"却出现了淡化现象,日本社会正在步入"无缘社会"的时代,其主要表现为社会孤立现象的加深。无缘社会形成的主要原因是传统大家族向极端化的核心家族演变、传统村落社会中人际关系的瓦解和日本式企业管理模式的改变。为缓解社会孤立,日本政府提出"社会包容"政策理念。
The traditional society of Japan was a connected one. Japanese people had built their relationships based on the bonds in families, communities and workplaces. However, nowadays the bonds have been weakened and the society is becoming disconnect- ed, in which the circumstance of social isolation is getting increasingly bad. The reasons of such a disconnected society are the turn from the traditional extended family to the nuclear one, the collapse of Japanese traditionally tribal society and the change of the Jap- anese business management style. As a result, Japanese government has proposed the concept of social inclusion policy to solve the problem.
