上市零售企业成长性评价及类型划分——基于2006-2010年数据的分析

Evaluation and Types of Listed Retail Enterprises' Growth——an Analysis Based on the Data from 2006 to 2010

面对日益激烈的零售竞争,国内零售企业成长性如何?本文在构建零售企业成长性评价指标体系的基础上,利用2006-2010年的数据,对68家沪深上市零售企业的成长性进行了判定,并进行了类型划分。结果表明:在规模、效益、负债和运营四个方面,成长性好的零售企业通常至少在一个方面表现甚好,而成长性差的零售企业往往在每个方面表现都不出色;除了百大集团和流程控股之外,其余66家上市零售企业可以被划分为稳定成长型、波动成长型、稳定负成长型和波动负成长型,不同成长类型的零售企业在年均成长率、成长率方差及成长率平均方差方面具有不同的特征。

How do the domestic retail enterprises faced with an increasingly fierce retail competition grow？ Based on the con- structed index system of evaluation of retail enterprises＇ growth, this paper evaluates the growth and their types of 68 listed retail com- panies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange by using data from 2006 to 2010. The findings show： the retail enterprise with good growth usually does especially well in at least one of four aspects including scale, benefits, liabilities and operations, and the one with bad growth doesn＇t usually do well in any aspect. The remaining 66 listed retail companies except Baida Group and Tongcheng Hold- ings can be divided into four categories which are stable growth, unstable growth, stably negative growth and unstably negative growth respectively, and different growth-typed enterprises are different in average annual growth rate, growth rate variance and the average growth rate variance.
