摘要
CAE技术在众多领域已得到广泛应用,但仿真精度与仿真方法、物理模型转换、边界条件模拟等因素密切相关。就CAE技术在船用柴油机连杆设计中的应用现状进行阐述;介绍并分析了目前所采用的几种分析方法。针对普遍采用的静态分析,从分析模型、边界条件和载荷及其处理方法等方面展开讨论。总结了当前连杆分析技术的应用能力,指出了存在的不足和未来发展方向。
CAE simulation technology is now widely used in many fields, but the simulation precision is largely influenced by the simulation methods, physical model translation and boundary condition simulation. The CAE technology' s application actuality in the design of marine diesel engine connecting-rod are expatiated, the methods used now are analyzed. For the static analysis which was widely used, the model, the boundary conditions, the loads and the treatments are discussed. The application capability of analysis technology now used in connecting-rod analysis are summarized, and the deficiencies and the development trend are indicated.
