摘要
利用UG软件的规律曲线函数对活塞进行精确建模,在软件中形成活塞裙部的三维等高线图;分析活塞裙面的微观形态,进而对外圆型线进行优化;并对活塞的接触模式进行初步判断。从而优化活塞设计。
The rule curve of UG software was applied to build the precise modeling of the piston, and the 3D contour map was thus created. The micro-shape of the piston skirt was analyzed, the piston profile was optimized, and the contact mode of the piston was judged initially, which can help to improve the piston design.
