摘要
以建设创新型国家为背景,介绍了二类院校大学生科研能力培养的必要性,探讨了其科研能力培养面临的问题,提出了二类院校本科生科研能力培养的对策与建议。
Taking the construction of innovate country as background,this paper describes the necessity of cultivating the research capabilities of second-class college and the problems of cultivating the research capabilities of them.Some countermeasures and advice are given to cultivate the research capabilities of second-class college.
