In the information age,new format of library has deeply altered people’s traditional thought towards it.However,an increasing amount of realistic questions is raised,requiring librarians to focus more on how to adapt to the new settings and to develop librarianship.The following content of this paper discussed about multiple methods of how to improve the quality of librarians and how to maintain a team of skilled librarians.
