摘要
为了探究滚筒采煤机导向滑靴和支撑滑靴的受力规律,综合考虑采煤机的结构参数、运行参数及煤层倾角对整机力学特性的影响,建立采煤机整机力学模型及状态方程。在单截齿随机载荷的基础上,应用滚筒载荷的叠加算法,得出采煤机在随机载荷作用下前导向滑靴比后导向滑靴的受力波动较大,同时给出各力的大小和方向。
In order to explore the law of load on the guide and support slippers, the mechanical model and state equations of whole shearer are established under comprehensive considering the influence of structural and operational parameters and the inclination of coal seam on the mechanical properties of shearer. Based on the random load of single bit, the additive operation of drum load is applied and comes to the conclusion that the fluctuation of load on the fore slippers is more than that on the rear ones under random load.
