长航中应用针刀加手法整复治疗青壮年颈椎病疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of acupotomy combined with manipulation in the treatment of adult cervical spondylosis during prolonged deployment at sea

目的探讨针刀加手法整复治疗长航中青壮年颈椎病的临床疗效。方法收集长航中经治疗的青壮年颈椎病患者资料21例,其中颈型16例,神经根型2例,椎动脉交感混合型3例,按照统一标准评价其临床疗效。结果全部21例颈椎病临床治愈或好转,有效率达100%;其中经1次治疗痊愈者6例,经3次治疗好转者2例,其余13例经2次治疗后显效或痊愈。结论长航中应用针刀加手法整复可以有效治疗青壮年颈椎病,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of acupotomy combined with manipulation in the treatment of adult cervical spondylosis during prolonged deployment at sea. Methods Data of aduh patients with cervical spondylosis who had received acupotomy were collected. Of all the cases, 16 were neck spondylosis, 2 were radiculopathy, and 3 were mixed type of vertebral artery and sympathesis. Results Following treatment, all the 21 cases were cured or improved, with a 100% effective rate. Six cases were cured with just one treatment, two cases improved with three sessions of treatment, and the remaining cases were either cured or signifi- cantly improved with 2 sessions of treatment. Conclusion Acupotomy combined with manipulation is effective for the treatment of adult cervical spondylosis during prolonged deployment at sea, and is worth clinical popularization.
