摘要
利用激光粒度分析仪和流变仪研究了壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPEOn)及其分子上乙氧基(EO)数对预交联凝胶颗粒膨胀性能和流变性能的影响规律。结果表明,NPEOn使预交联凝胶颗粒的粒径减小,在剪切条件下更易破坏,储能模量降低;随着NPEOn分子上EO数的增加,预交联凝胶颗粒的粒径逐渐变大,屈服应力逐渐增加,稠度系数也逐渐变大,幂律指数反而减小,储能模量逐渐增加。NPEOn对预交联凝胶颗粒性能的影响机理主要是通过疏水缔合作用,EO数的增加使NPEOn的亲水性增强,与预交联凝胶颗粒的疏水缔合作用减弱。
Effect of nonylphenol polyethoxylates with different number of ethoxy groups ( NPEOn ) on swelling and rheological properties of preformed particle gel was studied using laser particle size analyzer and rheometer. Results showed that the NPEOn molecules cause both size and storage modulus of the preformed particle gel decreases and more easily to be broken under shearing. Following the increase of number of ethoxy groups in the NPEOn molecule, the size, yield stress, consistency index and storage modulus of the preformed particle gel increases,while the powerlaw index decreases. The mechanism of influencing of NPEOn on the properties of preformed particle gel is mainly based upon hydrophobically associating effect. Following the increase of number of ethoxy groups, the hydrophilicity of NPEOn reinforces, which causes the reduction of hydrophobieally associating effect between NPEOn and the preformed particle gel.
