摘要
采用高效液相色谱法同时测定了化妆品中布罗波尔和甲基二溴戊二腈的含量。色谱条件为:Kromasil C8色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.,5μm),以V(甲醇)∶V(水)=40∶60的混合溶液为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长250 nm。结果表明,在此检测条件下布罗波尔和甲基二溴戊二腈均在0.005~0.2 g·L-1范围内与相应的峰面积呈良好的线性关系(相关系数R均为0.999 9),线性回归方程分别为Y=361.4+1 342X和Y=-186.1+654.4X,回收率为93.8%~100.0%,其RSD值为0.11%~3.17%。
A high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of content of bronopol and methyl dibromo glutaronitrile in cosmetics was established. The sample was analyzed on a Kromasil Cs column (250 mm ×4. 6 mm i. d. ,5μm). The mobile phase is composed of methanol and H20 with V( menthol): V(H20) =40:60 ,at a flow rate 1.0 mL · min^-1. The detection wavelength is UV 250 nm. Results showed that as the mass concentration of bronopol and methyl dibromo glutaronitrile are in the same range of 0. 005 0. 2 g · L^- 1, the relationship between mass concentration and the eorresponding peak area shows good linearity (the correlation coefficients in both cases are the same as R = 0. 999 9 ). The regression equations ean be expressed as Y = 361.4 + 1 342X and Y = - 186. 1 + 654.4X respectively;and the recoveries of bronopol and methyl dibromo glutaronitrile achieve 93.8% - 100.0%. The RSD of the method is 0. 11% -3.17%.
