近20年来三线建设及其相关问题研究述评

Research Commentary of Third Line Construction and its Related Problems in Recent 20 Years

三线建设是中国在中西部地区进行的一场以备战为指导思想,以交通、国防科技和基础工业为主体的大规模的基本经济建设。近20年来,关于三线建设决策的形成、实施、评价以及与当前西部大开发的关系等相关问题的研究,一直是学术界关注的热点,无论在文献资料的公布方面,还是在相关问题的研究方面,都取得了很大进展。通过梳理近20年来的研究成果,可看出目前的研究仍存在一些薄弱环节,需要学者们继续挖掘档案资料、拓宽研究视野、丰富研究方法,并开展国内外学术交流,以促进研究的进一步深入。

Third Line Construction is a large-scale basic economic construction in the central and western regions of China which regards war preparations as the guiding ideology and traffic,national defence of science and technology and industry as the main body.The research on Third Line Construction's policy formation,implementation process,evaluation and its' relations with current China's Western Development Program in recent 20 years has been a hot topic in the academic field. Both literature and research achievements have gotten great progress.By combing through nearly 20 years' research achievement,we can see that Third Line Construction plays an profound influence on the improvement of China's industrial system and the development of the western region,but also there are still some weakness in the present research which need scholars continue to collect archives,widen research horizons,enrich research methods and develop academic exchanges at home and abroad in order to promote the further study.
