补肾助孕汤对小鼠卵泡发育和子宫内膜容受性影响的实验研究 被引量:3

Experimental study on the effect of Bushenzhuyun decoction on follicular development and endometrial receptivity of mice

摘要 目的:研究中药补肾助孕汤对人子宫内膜基质细胞体外培养影响。方法:将中药方剂补肾助孕汤制成培养基,体外培养子宫内膜基质细胞,观察其成长状况及白血病抑制因子(leukaemia inhibitory factor,LIF)、表皮生长因子(epidermalgrowth factor,EGF)、降钙素(calcitionin,CT)的表达。结果:与对照组相比,补肾助孕汤可以促进子宫内膜细胞在体外增殖,免疫组化显示LIF(192.903 1±14.534 2 vs 183.156 8±9.189 1,P<0.001,t=5.35)、EGF(196.479 8±2.907 1 vs 184.506 4±3.733 5,P<0.001,t=26.1)、CT(183.185 6±8.422 7 vs 176.418 4±0.448 0,P<0.005,t=7.45)因子在子宫内膜基质细胞的表达相对于对照组增强。结论:中药方剂补肾助孕汤可以促进子宫内膜细胞在体外增殖,增强LIF、EGF、CT等因子的表达。 Objective: To research thc effect of Bushenzhuyun decoction on in vitro cuhure of human endometrial stromal cells. Methods: Bushenzhuyun decoction was made into culture medium, endometrial stromal cells were cultured in vitro, then the growth situation and the expression levels of leukemia inhibitory factor (LIF), epidermal growth factor (EGF), and ealcitonin were observed. Results: Compared with control group, Bushenzhuyun decoction could promote in vitro proliferation of endometrial cells, the results of immunohistoehemistry showed that the expression levels of LIF, EGF, and caleitonin in endometrial stromal cells of Bushenzhuyun decoction group were ( 192. 903 1 ± 14. 534 2), ( 196. 479 8 ± 2. 907 1 ), and ( 183.185 6 ± 8.422 7), respectively, which were statistical- ly significantly higher than those in control group ( 183. 156 8 ± 9. 189 1, P 〈 0. 001, t = 5.35 ), ( 184. 506 4 ± 3. 733 5, P 〈 0. 001, t = 26. 1 ), ( 176. 418 4 ± 0. 448 0, P 〈 0. 005, t = 7.45 ) . Conclusion: Bushenzhuyun decoction can promote in vitro proliferation of endometrial cells, increase the expressions of LIF, EGF, and ealcitonin.
