摘要
目的:研究黄芪多糖(APS)对肺气虚模型小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:采用烟熏法复制小鼠肺气虚模型。实验分为6组,即空白对照(等容生理盐水)、模型(等容生理盐水)、玉屏风(2.5g·kg-1)与APS高、中、低剂量(600、400、200mg·kg-1)组,灌胃给药,每天1次,连续7d。观察APS对模型小鼠脾、胸腺指数,血清白细胞介素(IL)-1α、IL-2含量,肺组织β-防御素2含量的影响。结果:与模型组比较,APS高、中、低剂量组胸腺指数显著升高(P<0.05);APS高、中剂量组IL-1α与APS高剂量组IL-2含量显著增加(P<0.05);APS高剂量组肺组织β-防御素2含量显著减少(P<0.05)。结论:APS可调控肺气虚所致免疫功能低下,特别是对细胞免疫功能改善作用更为明显。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of astragalus polysaccharide(APS)on immune function of lung-qi deficiency model mice. METHODS:Lung-qi deficiency model mice was duplicated by smoking, and model mice were divided into 6 group,i.e. blank control group(constant volume normal saline), model group (constant volume normal saline),Yupingfeng (2.5 g·kg-1),APS high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups (600,400,200 mg·kg-1). They were given relevant medicine intragastrically once a day for consecutive 7 days. The spleen index, thymus index, the content of IL-1α and IL-2 in serum and β-defensins 2 of lung tissues were observed. RESULTS: Compared with model group, thymus index of APS high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups increased significantly(P0.05); the contents of IL-1α in APS high-dose,medium-dose groups and IL-2 in APS high-dose group in serum increased significantly(P0.05), while the content of β-defensins 2 of lung tissues decreased significantly(P0.05). CONCLUSION:APS can regulate hypoimmunity caused by lung-qi deficiency, especially improve cellular immune function significantly.
