摘要
目的:考察不同粒径的防风粉体体外溶出变化特征和规律。方法:采用浆法,对不同粒径的防风粉体中升麻素苷、升麻素、5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷、亥茅酚苷体外溶出度及溶出动力学进行考察,并以威布尔方程进行溶出动力学模拟。结果:不同粒径的防风粉体中有效成分的溶出量有显著性差异(P<0.05),且有效成分的溶出量和溶出速率随着粒径的减小而增加。结论:防风微粉中有效成分的溶出量和溶出速率均优于防风细粉,且微粉系列随着粒径的减小,溶出量增多。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics and regularity of in vitro dissolution of different particle sizes of Saposhnikovia divaricata powder. METHODS: Using paddle method, in vitro dissolution and dissolution kinetics of macrotin glyocoside, cimitin, 5-O-methylvysemaishamy glyocoside and haikayaphenol glyocoside were investigated, and the dissolution kinetics was simulated using Weibull equation. RESULTS: There was significant difference in the dissolution amount of effective component of different particle sizes of S. divaricata powder(P0.05). With the decrease of the particle size, dissolution rate and amount of effective component were increased. CONCLUSION: The dissolution rate and amount of effective component of S. divaricata micron powder are better than those of S. divaricata fine powder. The dissolution amount of micron powder is increased with the decrease of particle size.
