Research Progress of Foreign Library Services in 2011

通过对2011年国外图书馆服务领域公开发表的文献,国外主要研究型图书馆网站以及图书馆学会、协会网站公布的相关信息进行整理和归纳发现:国外图书馆在服务战略、图书馆服务创新模式、图书馆员核心能力及用户信息素养教育等方面的工作均有较大变化。研究国外图书馆服务领域所呈现的新态势,能为我国图书馆服务创新工作提供一定的借鉴,促进我国图书馆事业的长远发展。

Through analyzing and summarizing the published literatures in the field of foreign library services, the information of foreign mayor research library websites and the websites of professional associations in 2011, we could find out that： great changes have been made on many aspects, such as library service strategies, library service innovation modes, librarians＇ core abilities and information literacy education, The research on the new trend of foreign library services is beneficial to providing some suggestions for the library service innovation and promoting the long-term development of the librarianship in China.
