摘要
为了有效改造旧水泥路面,分析了旧水泥混凝土路面改造工程中原有路基不强且病害多,新老路基结合部处治难;以及旧水泥路面破损类型多、差别大,处治难,处治后均一性较差、变异性较大;行车干扰多、受工期短的限制以及雨季施工影响大等技术特点,提出了基于强基强面的旧水泥混凝土路面改造理念,阐述了强基强面的概念、内涵及基于强基强面的旧水泥路面改造技术原理和技术方案,包括基于强基强面的旧路基及旧路面处治技术、隔离层设置及蜡质隔离层应用技术,并结合南方湿热地区旧水泥路面情况及清连高速公路等旧水泥路面改造项目进行了应用分析。依托工程的成功经验表明:强基强面的改造理念适合旧水泥混凝土路面改造。
In order to effectively reconstruct the old cement concrete characteristics of the old cement concrete pavement, including many defects pavement, the reconstruction in original weakened subgrade, difficult treatment in the conjunction between old and new subgrade, more damage types, great difference and difficult treatment of the old cement concrete pavement, poor uniformity after treatment, larger variability, bigger traffic interference, shortage of the reconstruction period and raining season construction, were analyzed The idea of old cement concrete pavement reconstruction based on strong subgrade and pavement was put forward. The concept and connotation of strong subgrade and pavement, and the technical theories and scheme for old cement concrete pavement reconstruction based on strong subgrade and pavement were expounded, including the treat technology of old subgrade based on strong subgrade and pavement, and the isolation layer arranging and waxy isolation layer application technology. Combining the application effect of the old cement pavement circumstances in the hot-humid area in southern China and the reconstruction project of the old cement pavement such as Qingyuan-Lianzhou expressway were analyzed. The successful experience of the project indicates that the reconstruction approach with strong subgrade and pavement can be used for old cement concrete pavement reconstruction.
