10kV配电变压器和箱式变电站升压改造至20kV电压等级的研究 被引量:17

摘要 提出具体改造方法,通过计算铁芯参数、高压绕组参数和低压绕组参数,分析了各类型10kV配电变压器升压改造技术可行性,并比较不同升压改造方案的经济性以确定最优改造方案。分析结果表明:10kv干式变压器具有减容量改造技术可行性,但成本高于直接更换为等容量全新20kV干式变压器方案.因此宜直接将其更换为20kV干式变压器:约90%的10kV油浸式变压器能够顺利等容量升压改造为20kV油浸式变压器,改造过程中对高压绕组进行更换.其成本约为同容量全新20kV油浸式变压器价格的35%~45%:欧式箱变具备改造可行性.美式箱变则宜直接更换。 The technical feasibility of voltage high-vohage winding and low-voltage winding economic effect is compared among different u upgrading is analyzed for various types of pgrading by calculating the 10 kV distribution parameters of core, transformer, and the schemes for selecting the optimal one. Results show that, 10 kV dry-type transformer can be technically upgraded to 20 kV level by capacity reduction but the cost is higher than new 20 kV dry-type transformer with same capacity,so it should be replaced by 20 kV one;about 90% of 10 kV oil-filled transformers can be easily upgraded to 20 kV level without capacity reduction by high-voltage winding replacement and the cost is about 35 %-45 % of new 20 kV oil-filled transformer with same capacity;it is possible to upgrade European kV ;American prefabricated substation should be replaced by 20 kV prefabricated substation from 10 kV to 20 one.
