摘要
为了解波形钢腹板PC组合箱梁抗扭性能,通过试验结合有限元方法,研究了该类型梁在偏心荷载作用下的挠度、横向位移、扭转角度、箱梁截面的翘曲应变、翘曲应力及波形钢腹板的附加剪应力等力学特征。结果表明:在偏心荷载作用下,波形钢腹板PC组合梁混凝土顶、底板上的翘曲应力较大,且最大翘曲应力出现在混凝土底板角点处,而波形钢板上的翘曲应力较小;在相同荷载等级下,波形钢腹板上由约束扭转及畸变产生的附加剪应力约为对称荷载产生的剪应力的1.5倍,并且在钢腹板截面沿高度方向分布较为均匀。
In order to study the torsion resistance ability of pre-stressed concrete composite box girders with corrugated steel webs,some mechanical properties,such as deflection,transverse displacement,twist angle,warp strain and stress of box beam section,additional shear on corrugated steel webs,etc.,were researched under torsion load through test with finite element method.The results show that warp stresses on the top and bottom slabs of pre-stressed concrete composite box girders with corrugated steel webs are big and the max value of warp stress is presented at the corner of concrete bottom slab,while warp stress along corrugated steel webs is smaller.The additional shear stress caused by torsional and distortional load on corrugated steel webs is about 1.5 times of that caused by bending moment load under the same load grade,and is uniformly distributed along corrugated steel webs.
