摘要
采用欧拉模型数值模拟方法,通过采用更接近实际的边界计算条件和初始条件对170 t RH熔池流场进行了模拟分析。研究结果表明:改进后模型计算出的流场状态和循环流量结果与试验结果很一致;上升管内钢液速度呈M型分布,且气泡在上升管内的流动具有波动性,下降管内钢液流速度分布均匀,上升管内壁比下降管内壁更容易侵蚀。
Mathematical simulation and analysis of the flow field in the 170 t RH refining bath are carried out by application of Oulerian model as well as the boundary calculation conditions and initial conditions more close to the actual production. The results show that the flow filed and circulation flow rate gained with the revised model are similar with the laboratory results. The steel velocity in the up leg presents M shape distribu- tion and the rising Ar bubbles present cyclical fluctuations while the steel velocity in the down-leg is distributed 3miformly. The inner wall in the up-leg is more easily eroded than that in the down-leg because of the gas-liquid two phase flow in it.
